Due to security considerations the previous FTP interface has been
disabled. The above link will use Internet Explorer's built in
interface to access your files. Enter your username and password
in the box that pops up and hit ok. Your files will be displayed
in the familiar windowed interface. To download a file simply drag
it over to your desktop (or other location of your choice). Once you enter the FTP site, select your customer ID folder and open it. Your test results will be here in Excel (.xls) format. Click HERE to for more User Information
